Data Deletion

This page explains how to have your personal data deleted from the Grahakly Service operated by Stepway Online Fintech India Pvt Ltd. For what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

1. How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”, or ask from your account. We may verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting on it.

2. What gets deleted

Your account, team members, contacts, conversations, messages, templates, broadcasts and uploaded media are permanently removed. Where you connected WhatsApp through Meta, the access we hold for your number is revoked.

3. What we may keep

We retain the minimum required by law — such as invoices and transaction records for tax and accounting — and anonymised logs that no longer identify you. These are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.

4. How long it takes

Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. We confirm by email once your data has been removed.
