Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for the Grahakly Service operated by Stepway Online Fintech India Pvt Ltd.

1. Subscriptions

Grahakly is billed on a subscription basis and renews automatically each cycle unless cancelled.

2. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.

3. Free trial & refunds

New users get a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and may cancel before it ends. Once a paid billing period begins, subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. Non-refundable charges

WhatsApp/Meta conversation charges and consumed wallet top-ups are non-refundable.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
