Shipping & Delivery Policy

Grahakly, operated by Stepway Online Fintech India Pvt Ltd, is a software-as-a-service product. No physical goods are sold or shipped. This policy explains how the Service is delivered to you.

1. Delivery of the Service

Access is delivered electronically. Your account is activated immediately once payment is confirmed by the payment gateway — typically within a few minutes. You can then sign in at app.grahakly.com.

2. Confirmation

An email confirming your subscription is sent to the address registered on your account. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us.

3. WhatsApp number onboarding

Connecting a WhatsApp Business number additionally requires approval by Meta, which is outside our control and usually completes within 1–3 business days. Your subscription and the rest of the platform remain available while that approval is pending.

4. Service region

The Service is delivered online and is available wherever you have internet access. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Delivery failures

If your account is not activated after a successful payment, email us and we will resolve it or refund the payment in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
